“Louder Than Life” is designed to gather high school students from around Broward County to compete in a fast-paced poetry slam competition. A six member poetry team will be formed from eight different high schools. Each individual competing poet stands a chance at achieving placement on the All-Star Team that will represent Fort Lauderdale at Brave New Voice (BNV) Poetry Festival and Competition. TWSP challenge youth to find, develop, publicly present, and apply their voices as creators of social change. Be a part of a NEW kind of global movement: Spoken Word Art.
